Close of Candidate Qualifying Period

The Town of Noma announces that the Candidate Qualifying Period for the upcoming Municipal Election closed at 6:00 PM on February 20, 2026.
The following candidates completed qualifying for the Noma Town Council:
Council Seat #1
- Litermin Joseph, Incumbent
Council Seat #3
- No candidates completed qualifying.
Council Seat #4
- Litermin Joseph II
Council Seat #5
- Daniel Arrant, Incumbent
Candidate status is based on completed qualifying documents submitted prior to the close of qualifying.
Because no council seats are contested, the Municipal Election scheduled for Tuesday, March 17, 2026, will not be held. In accordance with Florida law, qualified candidates who qualified without opposition will be deemed elected.
Seats for which no candidate completed qualifying will be addressed in accordance with the Town Charter and applicable law.
